BEAST Forms

1. Original Beast Form (sealed into his first form by Kurama, his form was finally appeared in Singular Rider Returns that was Shadenight)
2. Semi-Final Beast Form (first transformed when Samuel's anger towards Yoshimara that kills his old girlfriend Asami, fortunately, Samuel recovers his sense and control his mind and consicousness to fight against Yoshimara, lost forever when Samuel's Beast Memory shattered along with his friends' Beast Memory after defeat of Shadow and Darkness)
   1. Beast Form 1st (first transformed when Simon's death, lost when changed the past by Dillain Joo, so he never transform his Beast Mode 1st again)
   2. Beast Form 2nd (first transformed when Samuel accidentally absorbs the Seed of AGITO, corrupted him, fortunately, Samuel came back his sense, lost when Samuel's Beast Memory shattered along with his friends' Beast Memory after defeat of Shadow and Darkness)
      1. Beast Form 2nd Risng (first transformed when Simon's death, Manga only)
   3. Beast Form 3rd (first transformed when Samuel manage to survive from the black Singular Rider's fire attack, lost when Samuel's Beast Memory shattered along with his friends' Beast Memory after defeat of Shadow and Darkness)
   4. Beast Form 4th (first transformed when Samuel merging Oikawa, creating new data, lost when Samuel's Beast Memory shattered along with his friends' Beast Memory after defeat of Shadow and Darkness)
   5. Beast Form 5th (first transformed when Samuel was corrupted by his desire, fortunately, his form was tamed by Samuel after he obtain the power of friendship called Cosmix Form, lost when Samuel's Beast Memory shattered along with his friends' Beast Memory after defeat of Shadow and Darkness)
   6. Beast Form 6th (first transformed when Samuel transformed into AllDragonFormation form, lost when Samuel's Beast Memory shattered along with his friends' Beast Memory after defeat of Shadow and Darkness)
   7. Beast Form 7th (first transformed when his Beast evolved even further, lost when Samuel's Beast Memory shattered along with his friends' Beast Memory after defeat of Shadow and Darkness)
